I ordered a custom set and was absolutely thrilled at the quality and beauty the set offered. I had a problem with the ring fitting comfortably on my finger and contacted Joseph in customer support to ask what might be done to help me out. He arranged for me to send the set back and for the entire setting to be custom made again to correct the fit. His support in communicating what I needed was amazing! I cannot say enough about everyone at this company. They truly care about their customers and well go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Thank you to Joseph, and my designer who has put such care and effort into this process. I am awaiting the arrival of the new set next week and will post a picture of newly created rings!
