Thank you for your feedback, Steven! We understand that not all changes are equally welcomed, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Recently, we made a business decision to adjust the number of Alternative Method of Entry requests a user can submit. At this time, we do not have any confirmed plans for additional changes regarding this, but please know that we are actively working on introducing more exciting offers to the site in the near future. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue to grow and improve. If you have any further ideas or suggestions, we would absolutely love to hear them. It is a pleasure to have you with us on this journey!

Bad experiences here
Bad experiences here. They don't do enough for players and they don't have very good support. The chat and communication I had on the live help was horrible. This is so disappointing I ended up choosing to close my accoun. Edit to reply: how can I try again when you guys don't support your players! I used to love Betty but it's turning in to all the other sweepstake casinos. Very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Andrew! We are truly sorry to hear that your recent experience with Betty didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as hoped, and we are sorry to hear your interactions left you feeling disappointed! It is never our intention to make anyone feel unsupported, and we are constantly working to improve all aspects of the player experience, including communication, service, and the overall value we provide. It is especially disheartening to hear this from someone who used to enjoy being part of our community. While we are sorry to see you go, we appreciate you being with us and hope may consider giving us another chance in the future as we continue making improvements.

The fast verification process and the payout was faster than fast. By far you guys are the best casino, not only can you get free play and win and cash out without depositing any money is a major plus. Some sites say they do the same but I've yet to find them except. Give it a go at worst you lose some free money but guess what there is always tomorrow. Trust me this site is worth a shot. I cashed out first day playing $40.17 and an hour later I hit for $290.00
