I needed to cancel subscription because I would rather purchase as needed. Customer service was amazing. I expected either resistance or just being ignored. She was neither - she was helpful and so nice. That’s why I will continue to be a loyal customer!

BetterWild Joint support really helped my 14.5 yr old Maltipoo. I noticed his hind legs started shaking/trembling, so I decided to give this product a try It really helped him! Now that he is almost 15 yrs. old, I notice an occasional tremor on his left hind leg but nowhere as obvious as before. Thank you for your great product!

My dog loves these treats and they have helped with his itching. He’s stopped his Apoquel and he’s itching a lot less. The customer service is also great, our last order was confiscated and half eaten by raccoons. BetterWild responded within 24 hours and replaced and reshipped the product.

We searched and searched for a remedy for my dog's allergies. We wanted something natural that would help his gut. BetterWild was advertised and we tried it. It helps and we're ecstatic about something this simple. My dog loves this chewy. I also contacted your customer service department and got an answer immediately, even on a holiday. I give it a five star because in just one week I saw a difference in Jasper, he finally had a good night sleep after his 4th day. Also the staff at BetterWild are very helpful. They answered my question right away. So happy I got him started. Highly recommend it.
