I ordered a double order received it okay, and then a few days later got another one (same order) without ordering it, and got charged again. I didnt refuse the charge since we use your product anyway, and would have ordered in a few months anyway, BUT you sent twice, please dont do that again!

My dog has been taking this product for months with no improvement.

We have tried several times to cancel the subscription online and via email - where they simply tell you to cancel again on the website. Having several veterinary clients we also mentioned this, and they advised to steer clear of this company. Zero results, and seemingly impossible to cancel. Ridiculous

I am having problems with this company will not stop sending you the chews. Contacted them three times. My dog got so sick spent $200 dollars at the veterinary. She has been on it for seven weeks. My next step is calling my credit card company. Appears there is dishonesty going on

We were unaware that we subscribed until we got the second shipment of this anti itch stuff unsubscribed once that did'nt work and recieved another. unsubscribed again but it was too late because they already shipped the third one of this stuff. I think this is on the edge of being a scam.

This product did not work for my dog so I cancelled my subscription. Unfortunately 2 days later I was charged for another order. Apparently there are 2 more websites screens after you cancel and get an acknowledgment ("We're sorry to see you go. We have cancelled your subscription.") that you have to indicate that you want to cancel or you are not really cancelled. Very misleading.

I received an email at 12:24am advising me that my OCTOBER order was getting ready to be shipped, meanwhile it was November already, and log in to make changes if needed. At 1:11 am I logged in and cancelled the order, as well as my subscription. I also sent an email to customer service advising them of all this. At 6:30 am I received an email that my order was been shipped. I received another email from customer support stating , sorry too late to change anything just return it. They would not charge me the 4.95$ processing fee. Little did I know I would have to pay the 9.75$ to ship it back. I sent snapshots of the timestamps and the emails and was sent a sorry we can’t pay for your shipping back, even though it was clearly not my error. They literally gave me a 3 second window to edit my upcoming order. Yet they clearly stated during their Black Friday sale abt how you get email,txt msg 3 days prior to a refill order to change or edit your order. I didn’t get 3 seconds. Then they refunded me 31.42$ not $36.37, because they charged me the 4.95 processing fee on top of the postage to return. I paid 14.70 for aggravation and frustrating for their screw up. I sent snapshot of their email reply stating they would waive the processing fee. Still waiting on that answer back. And the product did nothing for my dogs licking. Update 12/7/25, I received my $4.95 processing fee as promised, but they are refusing to refund my the $9.75 shipping it cost to return their item I didn’t order or want. I wonder to how many other people this has happened to? They didn’t give me a 3 day window to edit my order, they didn’t even give me an hour to edit the order, their system just shipped it without my consent. But yet they will not return my shipping fee.

My dog did not like these. I canceled the autopay and at first, they refunded my money, but then next month they sent me another one after I canceled. When I contacted them they said I did not cancel and now I have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee when I did nothing wrong! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
