Update! Betterwild reach out to me and refunded my order. I still stand behind the fact they have poor customer service. No one should have to email 5 times and leave a review to get a response. I appreciate them for refunding me If I could leave 0 stars I would! Stay away from this company! They are a scam. They do not back the money back guarantee. I’ve emailed 5 times and also messaged on IG. No response to return product. Horrible company that doesn’t care about the customer! I never do this but this is shameful for a business. And honestly they should be sued for false advertisement about the money back guarantee!

Have emailed several times about stopping an order - never received an email until it was shipping - canceled subscription but have yet to receive any email contact about the order in progress. I never received any notification about the upcoming shipment that would allow me to stop it before it shipped. Yes, I’ve canceled my subscription but also wanted the order in progress stopped and refunded. The product has not helped our dogs at all.

BETTER WILD. You guys STINK. I tried to cancel my subscription but was not successful. Finally cancelled the credit cardit card associated with your account after you idiots collected $150 bucks out of my account BAD BUSINESS

Totally not happy with this company and their customer support. I ordered the vitamin chews for my dog and still have not received the product after 3 weeks. Now let’s see if I can get my money back since it’s already taken out of my account.

Everything i read is complaints about Betterwild and now i am reading and writing this to voice a complaint. Well it seems all are spot on, products are questionable and Service sucks, marketing is click bait and Integrity suks!! i have sent many emails with now reply missing shipment, stated business was closed and could not deliver, they used to send DHL and the package always arrive, i am done cancelling sub, Salmon does the same thing as NOTBETTERWILD typical USA BS scams, we are so GULLABLE!!

My dog's digestive system has been messed up since taking these chews. And on top of that, she is still licking her feet the same as she did before. So I do not recommend these at all.

After 4 emails requesting a return I finally decided to write a bad review about their customer service. They said they didn't see my emails, right!! Finally received a refund but had to pay for postage back & a restocking fee. 2 days later I receive another package of the same product which I did NOT order. Have sent them 3 emails to date for this latest fiasco and again no response. this time I'm not paying for postage or a restocking fee & I'll go to AMEX to file a formal dispute. Poor customer service. Can't speak to the product because I never opened after reading ingredients.

terrible allergy product that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL You cannot return if doesn't work Also unbeknown to consumer you are signed up for subscription without your knowledge. SCAM No phone number to contact company, even my credit card tried to get phone number beware!!
