Awesome product and very helpful staff. It is very expensive with the exchange rate for NZ, be good if we could get a "rate" for NZ or in NZ market somehow? Also, it takes a very long time to get here, all my other usa orders don't take that long? Worth it when it gets here. :> Thank you so much

Hi Kim! While we don't have a way to affect the exchange rates, we'll continue making sure you're able to order the products at the lowest pricing possible to help offset this. In terms of shipping rates, we're not able to get the same rates as large companies that ship Internationally. We're a small US based company, who ships worldwide. While orders with the Postal Service do take some time, there is an expedited option, UPS Worldwide Expedited, that takes about a week or so for the order to be delivered. We'll send you a message with more information about this, and an idea of how you can utilize this with the Subscribe and Save Program to maximize your dollars.
