Love the Vitamin D! It is hard to find 5000IU and I am happy to support a great business like Better Way Health. You know you can count on quality. It took over a month to receive it from US to Cad. I hope it was only the Convoy affecting that and that next time it will take less time.

I was concerned that my order had not arrived after such a long time. I wrote you folks about it and got a reply from Sharlene. She had checked my order and the tracking and told me that it looks like it has arrived today! That sounded hopeful. In this Country area we only get mail deliveries every other day so only three times a week. The beta glucan tablets arrived the next day! Pretty good! I found the Extra Strength curcumin tablet uncomfortably large to swallow. It often went down sideways and because it was so awkward, I didn’t want to take it. The representative on the phone told me that it was a common complaint but it was also possible to put the tablet in any liquid and also in a golden milk recipe. Warm non dairy milk, a drop of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon- along with the tablet-delicious! It melted into the milk, turning it into a beautiful orange color. I now look forward to my daily tablet 😊
