There were two significant hang ups that are affecting my experience with Better Tan. The first was that one bathing suit top was not included in my package. On the sunny side - they immediately gave me store credit. However, that credit link didn't work. So I'm waiting for that as well. The second issue was that it was not very clear that exchanges couldn't be made on the "Pick 3 - Pay 2". This is because I didn't even realize that was a promotion at the time and just picked out three bathing suits I wanted to try. I was pleasantly surprised at checkout with the reduced price, but there wasn't anything in the cart indicating the terms...I had two swimsuit bottom uncomfortably tight (the Chile and Antigua bottoms) which I selected based on their size charts. Size up if you're unsure. The bottoms have very little stretch. Lastly, I wrote a review a while back, but never heard from them about receiving the complimentary bathing suit... all three things together make for a disappointing experience.

I love my new bikini! It is super comfy and looks sexy too. I am normally a medium and so ordered the xs-l size. As other users stated it does stretch a bit adding to the sheerness but for me that is not a problem. They do mention on their website that solid colors may have some sheerness so it is to be expected. You can see my nipples through the top especially when wet and definetly can see my kitty as well but I was expecting that so for me it's no problem and to be honest it gets a lot of attention from guys too so I actually love it! If you want to feel your sexiest, turn lots of guys heads and also have minimal tanlines, this is the suit for you.

The bathing suit is fantastic, it's my new favorite! My only complaint is that the confirmation email didn't include an order number or shipping confirmation number, so I was unable to track the shipment, and when I reached out to customer service (twice) to inquire, they didn't respond. Ultimately, I received the package and everything was fine, but better communication would be nice!

Before purchasing, make sure you read the return policy carefully. I wish I had because I would have never placed my order. I purchased both a one-piece and a two-piece swimsuit, and I was extremely disappointed. The two-piece is completely see-through. The one-piece is made from a different material, so it’s slightly less transparent, but you can still clearly see my nipples through the swimsuit. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. I contacted customer service to request a return, but they told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund because of the “sale” they were having. That restriction wasn’t clear enough before purchasing. The sizing is also very misleading. The one-piece is advertised as fitting XS-L, but there’s no way that’s accurate. I’m normally a small or medium depending on the brand, and it barely covers my chest. I can’t imagine how this would fit someone who actually wears a large. On top of that, the neck strap is incredibly thin and doesn’t feel secure. To make matters worse, shipping took over three weeks, even though the website advertised 3–7 business days. I spent well over $200 on these swimsuits, only to find out I couldn’t return the ones I didn’t want. I haven’t even worn them, so I can’t comment on whether they actually prevent tan lines, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. Total scam! I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Save yourself the frustration and be sure to understand the return policy before spending your money.

I hate this bathing suit. The idea of getting a tan through your swimsuit is actually absurd now that I have seen the suit in person. This bikini is see through and looks really awful on me. The fit is hardly “flawless” unless you have a rock solid body maybe. It’s now taken a week just to get approval to return. Very frustrating customer service.

Does not fit. I ordered a xs-L. There are no “crinkles” what so ever no stretch. The fabric is so little it doesn’t even cover my breast. Would never recommend
