I wouldn’t put no stars up there if I could, but since before July, I asked for a return slip because I’m not an exhibitionist and this bathing suit that’s what I would be. I asked for the tag to send it back numerous times I believe five times I spoke to people on the site and no response. I still have the bathing suit I want my money back. I don’t want the bathing suit. It’s not what I expected. I’m 74 years old and you think I’m gonna wear something like this on the beach I mean, I don’t care what other women do that’s their business but my business is to cover myself. Thank you.

I paid $43 for 2-3 day shipping to receive my bathing suits before my vacation. BetterTan sent the shipping company the incomplete address which resulted in a shipping delay so the package supposedly arrived 12 DAYS after I ordered and was marked delivered to the wrong place that wasn't secure so I never received the package. I reached out requesting a refund seeing as the error with their communication with the shipping company was the reason for me never receiving the package. They "reviewed" my claim and told me they couldn't offer me ANY refund or replacement, not even for the $43 I paid for "2-3 day" shipping that took 12 DAYS. Was a repeat customer but never again after paying $270 for items I never received due to their negligence and lack of customer service. I also noticed that a few weeks later their express shipping was listed as only $17 which makes me wonder why it was $43 in the first place.

Would leave negative stars if i could. Do not purchase anything from this website. I bought 300 dollars worth of swim suits and paid 45 dollars for express shipping. I never received the swim suits, and went I contacted customer service they didnt refund either the swim suits or the shipping so they basically stole almost 400 dollars from me. DO NOT BUY

First of all the delivery took a very long time. Once I got the product, the size is most definitely not what they say about fitting many sizes. Im usually a small or medium size, the top barely fit me and felt like if i moved too fast I'dbe showing way too much. Also the quality is horrible, it's see through, and it shows everything. I tried returning the product and they put all this steps and conditions to make it impossible to be returned. Possible worst purchase ever.

The bathing suit is cute but it’s a little too transparent where you could see through my bust. I love the color, I just wish the fit was better fitted for the straps and the length of the bathing suit.

Leaving two stars in hopes they can’t delete it. I would give this bikini bottom negative stars if I could. The pictures are not the same as the actual product. Like literal AI photos is what they’re advertising. Terribly cheap material, horrible stitching, and it’s see through. This is worse than TeMu quality, and costs an awful lot.

I actually really like this bikini! I was worried that the crinkle material would look cheap, but in the black material, I like it alot. I am typically a S/M, and the size I ordered fits. It definitely dips lower in the front then I normally would wear, but the benefit is that it doesn't cut into you— so it's still flattering. And even though I'm covered fully, it's definitely more on the minimal side. Occasionally get some underboob on the top, but when wet, it's not really an issue. I haven't found it to be extremely quick drying. And can't speak to the tan through yet— but so far, I would purchase again. Update: went on vacation; and absolutely got tan lines. It is NOT tan through. But still mostly cute for the fit. Def false advertising. Wrote this review because I was prompted with an email that said I would get a free bikini— and have not received any follow up, lol.

It’s an ok swimsuit but the sizing is off, runs small, and it’s not very comfortable with the super thin straps, also doesn’t tan through as much as I’d like. Looks good though. Also it took weeks to get here even though it was a guaranteed shipping time of 5-7 days
