In the past, I have had great difficulty in ordering products from Chamonix on line. Creating an account with different shipping and billing information was always a hassle and I eventually just started calling their number, waiting for a representative and placing orders that way. However, they must have upgraded their system because within about 3 or 4 minutes, I was able to place my order on-line with no unnecessary problems. A very good improvement and I will be very likely to order more products this way. Thank you.
