Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

I received a flyer 2 days ago that said if my order was over $150.00, I would get a FREE Esotique-RF with Matrixyl. My order was over $150.00, and the free gift was denied. Not good for return business.

I emailed a question about whether I could or need to use sunscreen with your products. I am waiting for an answer . Otherwise the product is good. thanks

Somehow, I originally had just completed my order when the "timed out" message popped out and all my work was for nothing. I found this very frustrating but I liked the product enough to give it one more try.I resent it taking so much of my time to get this order completed.

When I called to see why my order had not come after a week and a half, I found the lady never placed the order, you had no record of it. You did have a record of my call where she did put me in the club for points. I am now waiting another week for my order. I would have thought you would have rushed my order (express shipping) since it was your error and good customer service (like some companies I order from) don't make me wait another whole 7 or so days, I get my order in about 2-3. days, which makes a great impression and a feeling of being appreciated.

Love the products but when I order it takes forever to get the products and they are very expensive for the small amount you receive. They need more bargains and promos.

My experience with your company today was frustrating to say the least. First I tried to call you and finally gave up after 10 minutes on hold after the promise that you cared about the call and someone would be with me soon. That someone never materialized. I thought that was interesting since I am often besieged with calls from your salespeople. The next thing I knew I was online ordering several of the product with the cost of $800 and I wanted only one. I frequently order products online and this was the most difficult experience I have had doing so???

Ordering process was OK - but I never received confirmation that my order was shipped or when it would be received

I put in an order but have not gotten a receipt. Many products but several do the same as reduce wrinkles. Its confusing as to which to order.
