My order came quickly, but was missing one item. I called customer service, someone answered but said no one in customer service was available. He took my information and said someone would call me back. It's been 24 hours, still no call.

Re: order #97314. For this order, i need it to go to a different address. I ordered online and it did NOT give me the option to change the shipping address, the system just defaulted to my billing address, IT IS HORRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING that it did that. I am NOT satisfied with your online order system. Further, i did NOT allow me to go back and edit my order infor. like Amazon.

Did not get the discount that on the pages .i had a wheel spin to get 15% and your page states 10% mother one worked.

well it took me forever to get to where i could put payment info. i tried to get live help and it sent out email then i tried to call, it answered then hung up. I hope future visit will not be as frustrated.

Reviewing shopping experience only, not the product. Tried to find a anti wrinkle cream but wasn’t so simple. Several products have same function with slightly different ingredients. All say that it’s the best anti wrinkle solution and all have high ratings. Not enough explanation in the difference, had to choose one at random.

Had my order set to go, input email address and got a wheel that came up for a discount...which eliminated the free product but that took me several tries to figure out (as the discount only happens on check-out) so overall an extremely frustrating experience! Also, I hadn't ordered for a while because last time I ordered something that wasn't delivered (didn't get charged, but just didn't get it, no word why, and now is not stocked) without any explanation.

Before purchasing this product, I would like to have spoken with a representative for advice on which product to choose. I tried calling customer service a few times, but each time after being put on hold for a couple of minutes, I was disconnected. I tried live chat, but got no response. I did place an order, but am hoping the product works better than customer service avenues. Thanks
