The Company sent me another order with out my approval. I called and the lady said it was the agreement when I purchased it. Maybe I should have read the fine print. Never the less I believe that this is a shady business practice. There was nothing in bold print suggesting I would be charged for another order. I ask for a refund because the purchase of the product only posted a day before. I was told that they do not do refunds and I can order something of the same of the price range.

I was emailed a promotion, in attempting to place an order there was no way to take advantage of the promotion bonus. I left the online cart and called, letting me know all the customer service people, that they brag are in the US, are working from home. Leave a message or use the chat. I leave a message and an hour later got an unknown caller voicemail. Happens all days long but she left a message so I called back same circle again. Still isn’t settled

Repeated attempts to log in with credentials used successfully this year resulted in rejection. After the third rejection I read that I could use my phone number for a password. That finally got me logged in. Then as if that wasn’t frustrating enough, when I went to pay I was informed that my perfect address, also used successfully before, was invalid! It took re-entering the SAME address to process payment! What has happened to your website?

Ridiculously small size. I want my money back. These are full priced sample sizes.

I pay extra for a two days delivery it’s been five and I still haven’t received it

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Tammi in Customer Service was as Rude as it gets! Trying to get ahold of someone is ridiculous and when they call you back they have a complete attitude (Tammi)! Product is sent wether you want it or not. They took the payment after I tried to cancel for 3 days! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!

No one answered the phone after a long wait. No one on line to chat with. Item advertised on discount flyer could not be found
