The products have been really good, we have been happy. The only problem is on a jar of the neck cream, there was a big air pocket, reducing our amount by a third, which is unfortunate due to how expensive it is. Overall the product is really good. Highly recommended!!

My only real concern is that when I ordered 1 item an additional item popped up my shopping cart that I did not select - this happening more than once - so a word of warning - check you cart carefully BEFORE you check out. The product is great but this s a very real concern.

It was good other than I had to correct what was added into my shopping cart several times. On two of the products I ordered, multiples were placed in the cart. And one product was added that I did not place in the cart. It was easy enough to correct, but annoying nevertheless.

It was a great experience. Yet I did not appreciate the popping sales making an effort to make me add more products to my order than I wanted to buy. I deleted them. Yet I did not appreciate dit!

Went well, but would appreciate the "old fashioned" mailings as they were easier to understand and follow than the limits of a video monitor.

I like these products very much even though they are quite expensive. My recent order did NOT contain the described "free" item, hence the 4 stars only. That was a little disappointing. In the interest of full disclosure, I have not sought a remedy as of yet. That minor issue could likely be resolved. UPDATE: I reached out, and they are going to send me the correct free gift--already! Good job!

The ordering was EZ...However, I was confused as to what I really needed to purchase for my face..A little more info would be good in order to know what one should order for the 1st time, or anytime... Hope all works like I'm hoping for...I'll let you know.. Thanks so much
