It is difficult to order online because of the lack of input from representatives who know the product. At one time the representative I had knew me and the products. Now, whenever i ask if I do get a person, the representative is not knowledgeable and I must depend on written description and reviews. Also, I wanted to apply my happy points online and I did not find a place where they would apply. I tried them in the offers but it did not work. If I wasn't a long time user of your products I would not buy from you.

I love this product as I have used it in the past so I ordered today. Did have issues with contacting customer service. Very slow to respond, so I went to the Website and ordered. CS is not good right now. Covid should no longer be an excuse for poor performance. Hope the products are still good.

The website should have better filters and a better menu that shows what productsare offeredand what the product targets (ex puffy eyes, wrinkles). I looked up platinum because I knew about it from years ago. Also there is a sale buy 2 get 1 free but it isn't clear what products are in the sale.. in fact it doesn't even seem like any product is included. I have used the products in the past and I think they are wonderful. They're also expensive. The website should be SO much better for the prices.

I am disappointed. I went ahead with the order though. But most likely I will look for an alternative product line that does not use "bait".

This order was off your flyer for March and April savings. Title buy 2 get 2 free when I placed the order I do not see the free goods, also I spent over $150.00 and should have got the MAR21-1 free gift. I did not see where that has been added
