The website is glitchy and requires you to do things several times. I called customer service after placing an order, and no one has called me back three days later. This has happened in the past. Phone calls are not returned or are returned several days after the fact. Also, I wanted to use happy points but couldn’t not get through on the phone, so I had to use the glitchy website and it won’t accept happy points! Plus, the website never accepts my login.

site too slow ( i have high speed system) also your options of various packages available go too fast and unusually disconnective between go to final purchasing stages. i bought it anyway... i also could not reconnect to my many years of purchasing this produce in the past so i registered as a new customer.

I have only had it 2 days, but not sure I got the right product for what I needed! So far, seems like another scam but am going to try it for awhile in hopes it is all that your website advertised!

Just a challenge - different process than most sites I have used. I am sure I will get used to it and have an easier time next time.

I love your products but your site is not user friendly. I should be able to log into my account right away and view my past purchases and order things or change my repeating orders. I think your site is hard to navigate and needs to be redone.

I ordered 1 tube and it gave me 2. I couldn’t change it.

The products are great - but there is a huge disconnect in getting any information on the progress of my order. Pestered to write a review when I can't get any information on my order. Emails not ansered, chat doesn't work. Chamonix is a mess.

I can't review something that I have not received yet. I paid for X true fast delivery and it's been a week and still have not received my item. In the age of Amazon this doesn't live up to good delivery. I have to leave town in a couple of days and don't want items at my door, I think you can understand that.
