I bought two items from your buy 2 get one free list. I didn't see where this was applied at checkout, nor did I have the opportunity to order a 3rd item.

UPSET because there were 2 different prices for the eyelid treatment. It showed one for a lower price but then I wasn't able to order it for the lower price. I had to pay the higher price. SCAM!! I will go to Ulta next time I want an eye treatment.

I love Chamonix! I’m editing this because I had the WORST experience with them after I placed my order on 11/3/2021.. I paid $8.99 for processing and shipping.. it said that it would take 5-8 days to get here… we’ll after I had not heard from them in 4 days.. they said I had not placed my order… even though they took my money from my VISA.. I called and said my order was ‘clogged’ in the system… it would be sent out immediately and I would get some BONUS POINTS?!? This goes on for a couple more days and still NO product!!! I call there and the customer service person was extremely RUDE!! I was totally ready to cancel my order bc of her rudeness and she said that was an option! Finally.. they sent my order out and I received it on 11/15/2021.. after spending $8.99.. I’m not sure how much the USPS charges for their PRIORITY MAILBOX but that’s what it came in.. is that worth all of the headache I went through.. I don’t know.. I just tried the product..

Your website would not allow me to order more than one thing it kept sending me to download. I tried all day on Sunday to no avail I ended up just ordering one thing. I also tried to call while I waited on the phone for an hour then hung up. Disgusted.

I needed to ask a question and then place an order, and I couldn't get someone via chat. It's also impossible to get a rep by phone. I'm tired of the same old Covid excuse. It's so lame.

Went to the check out proscess and a discount screen was available. I clicked on the discount screen thinking it would take me to Another page why you were givin discount. Thinking I probably just signed up for a monthly prescription so I tried to exit the order. Ended up buying 2 only wanted one. My trust in your co. Is not the best since the first order got signed into a prescription I did not want and you would not return the order.
