I placed an order but did not know there was a bogo. When I called I could not get an answer so I sent an email. The representative immediately sent out the free product. It took me more time than I would have liked and I think I should have been informed about the bogo when I placed original order online.

I love Chamonix Skin Care products. It works really great, especially deep firming serum, under eyes dark circles treatment and body lotion. I am still exploring other Chamonix products. Looking to find really great product for the treatment of under eyes bags.

I came on today to order the Genucel Jawline Treatment, which I use just about every day that I plan to leave the house. The product itself is great and produces a noticeable effect. I, unfortunately, have what I believe is called a "receding chin" or something like that. Since I was in my 20s I have had "jowls" (maybe not technically because my jawline was firmer back in the day), and the jawline treatment tightens up the jowly look and the double-chin effect. That being said, because the products are somewhat pricey, I tend to use them sparingly. Today I spent an additional $98 for something I didn't know they offered--Eyelash Serum. Not something I choose to purchase lightly, but my eyelashes are disappearing rather quickly the older I get and if I can find a product that actually helps, all the better. I will post in future when I see how this product does!

I have been using the products from the package I received for almost two months. I love the feel of the creams as they are applied and how soft my face feels and the fact that they leave no residue. Being of a mature age I have lots of wrinkles from age, lifestyle, and poor skin care. That being said, I am noticing some improvement and plan to give my trial several more months before making my final analysis. The poor condition of my skin didn't happen overnight and so realistically do not expect a miracle. The package is a good way to try the products to see which ones you like.

My order was easy to place. I just dislike the fact that afterwards they offered the product for less money. It is already an expensive product, all I can afford is one at a time.

I honestly LOVE the product but DESPISE the website and lack of live customer service representatives. The discounts kept appearing and then disappearing and it seems that when you speak with a representative you always get a better deal. I was so frustrated this time I was just about to give up on the product, jump ship and try other brands that my friends rave about.
