I'm not impressed by my experience. I do like the products or I wouldn't have ordered.

The web site would not recognize me as a customer, got stuck when I attempted to open my account (several times). The web site seemed very unstable and had widely divergent load times.

I had seen a prouduct I would like to have known before I paid for my order but It qasnt brought to my attention till I akreafy paid and sent. If you had someting like short info surry or quiz about what we lookung for or what we are hopeing to achieve. Before ordering? Would be helpful Thank you , Sherryl P.s. Your shipment/receipt time on an order placement is superb. Better than Amazon Prime ! I think I like the products, but have only been using for about a month and now I am experimenting. A couple of annoyances: some of the products have directions written on the side of the container and the words are so small I had to get a magnifying glass. I looked in your skin care brochure hoping to see the directions there, but no. Also would appreciate knowing the order to apply some of the lesser known products. You have a lot of terrific choices and it gets confusing ! Thanks for asking.

If I order 6 I am supposed to receive 3 free. Only got 2 in cart. Then I was unable to make changes to the order Left an email bur its Sar and no one available. Hope they can help me on Mon

The offer said to buy two and get one free but I did not see three on my order, just the two. I did receive the 30% discount but was ordering to also receive the third one for free. Hope it arrives. that is my only complaint, nowhere to check on this online.

I waited for a person then got someone that said I would get a call back. When I asked more questions I found out no one is really working today. I found the website difficult but eventually got my order in but want to select a project with the promo code but the website gave me something else
