Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

the website was barely working, it took an effort and determination to complete the order!!!!!!

Website was very slow. I couldn't log in to my account.

Didn't return my phone calls, couldn't get the benefit of the rewards points I have earned didn't return my phone calls

I received an email about a presidents Day special of 40% off - when I selected the product and went into the checkout process, the discount did not appear - i had to contact customer service to be able to complete the transaction. The directions on the website were scant and did not help much on the user end.

The promotion says: 24 Days of Christmas! Day 19 – Buy two at 35% off get two free! I purchased two and I got the 35% discount but not two free!

ordered on November 20th and still haven't received the order. Said it would take two weeks!

I spent 45 minutes to order one item. Entered my email at least 8 times; was told my address was “invalid”. Could not logon nor could I check out as a guest. If I didn’t want the product, I would have stopped at two tries. Very frustrating.

The website is very confusing. The package I ordered (radio package) didn't even have a listing of all the products in the package. I hope it was the one I thought it was. Most people have at least a link for their promotional items and sale items. No link here. hard to navigate unless you know what you need.
