This is a gift. The website was good.

I called first and was on hold for about 45 minutes. Then I decided to go the computer route and that also took some doing because I couldn't find what I really wanted (and still haven't found it) stem cell tube. I understand about the virus however it's been my business to go this route with many things and it certainly wasn't as difficult as you people.

I liked that there were explanations for each item. It made it much easier to know what I should order.

I already prefer product and the cs makes it a great site to go on. Even thou I am spending money, I enjoy talking to the cs team. ALL GREAT!
