The website ordering was a little tough to understand at first. I really would have liked to speak with a live person because I had an important question to ask. I am sorry, but if you had a place to select to "chat" with a representative, I could not find it. I came back to your site on a second day I was about to forget about ordering, when I finally placed my order. The whole experience was not pleasant.

everything was easy and fine right up to the point where you started offering more stuff, and then again, so I just closed out the website. you may redo my order again, I don't want the Blue for Men anymore. I DONT like all of the buy this, save that when I am already done!!!

Highly expensive and annoying constant repeated calling consistently if you don't order for a month. Products aren't bad but if we're talking worth it....you be the judge. I'm still using them hoping for a miracle over time.

There were multiple issues trying to get the total charge to update correctly and when it came to the payment page it was showing about $60 more than it should so I had to back out and review where it showed the correct amount again then went on to payment and the correct charge finally appeared. Odd that it showed correctly on the total due until I went to the payment page.

Ordering process is confusing. It seems to go around in circles from screen to screen.

Just ordered online as couldn’t get any help from the phone number and emailing was answered the next day so help was non existent
