The website was very frustrating. There is a marketing popup ad or something that blocks 100% of the site navigation options at the top of the screen. Just a horrible user experience choice.

A week since ordering with a free 2 day delivery and my. order is still in "Pre shipment" status across the country. Hmmmm.

Ordering on line was easy and I'd give that 5 stars. But I called before ordering and it didn't seem like the guy that helped me had his act together very well. He kind of sounded like he just woke up. After explaining twice what I wanted to know, he finally gave me an answer. Then I told him what I wanted to order and he was so slow that I told him I'd just do it myself. It took a couple of times for him to even get that. But like I said, ordering on line was a good experience.
