I placed an order, and I accidentally added an item that flashed on the screen that, I thought, was a lower price. It turned out to be a product for my husband. He would never use any product on his face, nor would I order any such item. It automatically billed my account. I tried to find a way back to right this wrong there was no way back. When it arrives, I'm going to have to take more time to return it. What a hassle!!!

Well, I do love your products and this was my 2nd order, but I didn’t realize the face creme was only 1 oz. It was $99. The genucel I ordered before was at least a 2 oz jar. It better work miracles at this cost. Thanks

I had questions about the products and called customer service twice. No one ever came to the phone. Tried using the online chat. I was told there was a 30 second wait. Next thing you know, I got a response that no one is available to help me.

Started using Genucel Eyeseryl, Eyelid Treatment and gen90 under eye bags in January. Followed directions sent with products as well ones by Christina. Very disappointed with these products as I saw no change in under eye bags or the eyelids. I purchased these after listening about them on the radio. I should have known better. Would not recommend them for the cost and outcome.

Beware They put in large letters that they have 100 percent guaranteed product but read the small print!!! They don’t stand behind their product at all. I was moving so wanted only to try one set of product. Would not have asked for more!! Because I choose their SPECIAL PRICING I can’t return the product even though it is not even a open box. Some special pricing that was??? Now I am stuck with a high priced product that I don’t like when I can’t afford it. I don’t recommend buying from this company. Shady!!!
