Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

I love Chamonix products, however, there it was showing that I was to pay $146.00 before I pressed the button to buy and when I got to the payment part on PayPal, it was $341.00. I went ahead and purchased, but this is very deceptive.

I did not receive my discount code as promised at check out. I purchased 4 products and entered MAY22-30 and did not apply. Please advise. Thanks, Lezlie Michael

I haven’t received my product yet. After I was checking out there was 2 bags of items put onto my order which I had not ordered. I only ordered 4 items. So I text immediately to make sure you knew I did not order the 2 sale bags of multiple items. So because you sent the items I did not want. It caused me a problem at my bank. I only use the bank account which I used for my purchase, so I only keep a small amount of money in this account. Use it only for on line purchases. So when you added on the 2 bags of items. It was way more then the amount transferred for the 4 items I wanted to buy. My bank let me know you put thru the order which was $689.00. Causing my account to be over drawn. My bank called me thinking it was a fraudulent purchase. You’ve caused me a lot of trouble. Thank goodness I believe you finally resolved the purchase of the right items. After a phone call from your customer service. And I got your refund Email showing you sent the refund of the extra money you took out of my bank account. I really did not order the other 2 bags of products, which was put onto my order. And I truly do not like the rigamarole you put me through and my bank account through.

I really like the product, but I tried to get someone to help me with my Happy Points for a few days and no one could seem to do it. I called and sat on hold a few times for a really long time but I work and I can't wait that long. Emailing didn't work and left a message on the site chat as well and got nothing. I finally just forgo the points since I still like the product. Sad not being able to use happy points....

I have been a customer with Chamonix for many years and believe very strongly in the product that has been purchased through the years. When I went to order the next supply, a question arose, so I called to speak with a representative to ask a few questions. The first time I called, the wait was 40 minutes and I couldn't wit any longer. That was very frustrating. A week later, I called again, waited about 40 minutes and was disconnected. How could this be? Next thing was to e-mail asking a question, but NEVER heard back form anyone at Chamonix. Unfortunately I have to continue to purchase from this firm, as I don't know of another company that offers the product that I need/want. Due to the lack of customer service, if I am able to find the same product elsewhere, that company will have a new customer.

There a two different sites coming up with different items very frustrating. Can't see prior orders. Online chat not responsive.

Confusing on the buy 2 get 1 free, if I don’t get the free 1, will consider this as seller fraud and won’t do business with them anymore, if I get the free 1 then this was wonderful.

Ordered on line and hit the pop ups by mistake!! I know this is a selling point, but a very frustrating feature.
