After I completed my order and clicked the final button, the page refreshed with the order form with contents still showing. There was never a final "thank you for your order" or "your order has been received" etc. I did not know if my order went through or not until I received this e-mail. With all the hacking, fraud, etc. it was a bit scary. Review is for site not the product.

I have not received my order or a confirmation of my order. I will have to wait to receive my order. It has been a while.

I tried to order for a month or 2 and found that my PW was wrong on my account. I tried to change it, however, they never sent me the option to do so, when they said they did. I made a new account with another email I have. I ordered the Radio New genucel order and substituted the jawline trmt for a 2nd immediate effects on the phone. I had it in the cart as well. So I asked if she sees it in the cart , she said yes. In the cart was a free primer as well. I did not get that. I also got a different radio offer with immediate effects 2. No Primer. I called on a Sunday left on hold then hangup. They sent my order to my old email and not the new one where I had the cart full of the order? Now I sent them an email under the email that I had in the cart with the order number and we shall see if they correct. Bottom line: they used to be easy to order. Since December 2020, they are not. I asked them if they needed help? They said no, just busy. I disagree, they need more HELP. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Oh and I have over 1000 points, now they said they only apply 10 points to every order? WHAT?

I placed an order back in December due to a radio ad. Didn’t realize it was a recurring order. My fault I know. However, I never received an email reminding me of funds that will be removed. I placed another order a few days ago. Only emails I have received are for me to rate the website. I haven’t yet received my order confirmation.

I played two weeks before Valentine's day and your saying it's going to be two days after when I get it, still waiting

This one complicated website. I understand with technology and safety meas- ures in place it's different now. But really?? You aren't the only one's like this but this seems especially difficult. Sorry! I love your eye gel!!

I thought the product information on the web site was very limited.

It took me over 1/2 hour before the screen for payment info finally came up. I tried multiple times to access billing info and it wouldn't come up. i almost forgot the whole thing because this was such an aggravating experience. I would get as far as entering my shipping address but the next screen for billing just did not come up. Then a message would appear at the top of my shipping info saying I hadn't entered my credit card info. I would scroll to the bottom of the page but there was no place to enter the info...and on...and on./ i sure hope your product is worth it!.
