I've used many hours of my precious free-time hours trying to order your product on your website to try for the first time. The discount codes provided have NEVER worked. I finally ordered 2 products to try & paid full pop. Your order process is ridiculously messed up. I chatted on-line & received emails from customer service saying they will personally call to assist with my order... they never did. The whole experience feels like a hoax,

I just made an order (Order 2217882) and I was suppose to get 50% off my second orders. The site says it would apply the discount at checkout, yet it did not. You billed me $660 when it should have been $495. I am a long time customer and am VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Not sure I'll come back again

When I was placing my order, I feel like the site mislead me into purchasing some type of Spa Package. I do not want and sent email to Chamonix a few minutes after placing order. I am still waiting for a response.
