Website easy to use. After my purchase you offered me another jar of face cream. I didn’t take it cuz of shipping fee. You should be able to add to my original order with free shipping.

Just did not want a reoccurring order option but I know I can cancel.

Over all the site was easy to use. I had to use the website on a flyer I got in the mail. When I just tried to go onto the site under the name of the product it gave me a different deal. However I was able to log in from the flyer name.

I got a flyer in the mail to get a discount now if you bought three or more products. I could not get the website to work for me with a discount. I put the code in it said to use and did not work. I still purchased a few things but stopped after 3 because the program did not work for me. That's my only complaint.

I feel that the more expensive products should be offered at a better discount. The buy 3 get 2 free was for limited products which I had already tried and felt were ineffective

I am always happy with Chamonix but for some reason my $25.00 was not added to order (as stated in literature). I accepted it anyway cuz the products are so good.

I really like the products a lot. As far as ordering, I don't like all the pop-up offers that appear once I finish my order. I think about what I want and I order it, I don't want things saying order this in the next x minutes, you may want to consider this, just let me order what I want. Thanks
