I did not like that I had to go back to my order and take out the small box that automatically was checked as a monthly order. I should be prominently asked if I wish to be supplied on a monthly basis and not assume that this is what I wish. HATE whenever this happens.

Difficult using website. Had to sign up for subscription to order. Do not want subscription

Ordering online is fine. Wrong items were shipped with my order. While I appreciate that you are sending the correct product with return label for wrong items, you missed an opportunity to win me over to being a customer in those wrong items. Some companies say, “oops, our bad. You keep those to do what you want with them.” to entice customers to try and in the future buy those same products. Or car dealers whose loaner cars are the newer models to entice service customers to buy new. That’s okay. I will just send those back. Also and not related to this order, as a subscription customer, I get way too many calls to sell me more product. And area codes are all over the place, I feel like I am being scammed.

First couple applications, left a white cake-like product under my eyes. Now the liquid coming out is clear. I can see some improvement, but not much lessening of puffy eyes. I'd be grateful for any tips or hints. I will also up the stars, in the future, if I find more improvement. Fast Shipping. Thanks Peace to All

I did not receive the one product that I made the order for. It was on the invoice but not in the package. I was assured that that specific product would be shipped immediately. 5-7 days, we will see.

I am going to try it but it’s SO expensive I don’t know that I will be able to afford it again. I hope it works after spending $100!

I paid for expedited delivery and it’s taking a week to receive my order. Not happy with this at all.

I did not want the spa pkg. I hope I am not charged for it.
