Your shipping is very expensive for a a very light and small tube. You will see a repeat of this same comment in every question of the survey. I am just disgusted with a 12% of the cost is shipping.

Very difficult to manage order. I could not sign in. I knew my password. Then I tried to resubscribe and I kept being directed back to “I’m not a robot.” Then after ordering I had a message I could buy one item for A discount and when I tried to do that, it said I couldn’t use a discount So I gave up on that one. It was very confusing and I have shopped this site for several years

A quick sale item was offered right after my other order. A birthday was required yet it REFUSED to enter the birthday even though I kept saying enter! Now I am frustrated and angry because I waisted my time and good mood by attempting to order! Bah humbug!

I wanted to substitute items in the cart. I did ,however, I had to go back and forth a number of times before it was right. The problem is chamonix/genucel/some other names are not consistent. There are numberous websites for CHAMONIX skin care. They are all the same product though. However, the email back and forth did get me more coupons each time reducing the price. Otherwise I think Chamonix is a good product. Not sure how well the under eye bags and puffiness works but I think it works somewhat.

The site was confusing especially when a discount was offered AFTER the order was placed and I ended up with 2 orders.

Been using for 30 days now and really have not seen much of a difference. My biggest problem is I was put on a automatic shipment without my knowledge and then when I called them they said once it shipped I own it. NO RETURNS, only exchanges.

I was very disappointed in the Mother's Day sale. It was 2 for 1 and $50 off over $250. The website would only allow me one discount...pretty deceptive.

Your advertisement was buy 2, get 1. I clicked on it and it had no discount code to to fill in. I ordered 2 face moisture cream and 1 eyelid creme. Products bought showed 3, which is correct, but no free product from the sale. Disappointing!!
