I ordered 3m promotion item and the extended 1 first one and charged me in full for the other ones

I ordered a Genucel tube for one time purchase. Just as the order was finished, there was an additional product was charged to me for something. I did NOT order this, I do not want it! I ordered one tube for $53.00 of the Genucel. If this is not removed immediately, I will never order anything from Chamonix again. This is dishonest!!!!!

I feel like I got a bad deal because I don't like just ordering online I wanted to talk to a human being you never can get ahold of anyone there there's no excuse for not having reps answering the phone. You have better deals when you put batches of that stuff together but I couldn't figure out the deals I know you get better deals if you can talk to a person but there's no use trying that. Lol

I ordered ONE, declined all the other offers to send more than one and the order processed for TWO. Now I need to spend more time, and who knows how long it will take to straighten this out.
