Your products are so similar, many times I am uncertain of what I am buying. The sales staff I feel are mostly interested in pushing products rather than educating the customer. Your prices are high and I just want to know I am using the right product.

I almost gave up and didn't put my order in. I couldn't get past the email address and password page. Nothing I tried worked. And I was told my email address wasn't correct; however, it's the one I used for the order, the one that your emails are sent to. Then somehow, I got passed that; I have no idea how. But one of the items wasn't the one I had wanted. I am beyond frustrated.

Your advertising is deceptive. It says extra $25 off purchases of over $100. I bought $220 but it wouldn’t accept the code SEPT22-25OFF.

Be careful when checking out; it is easy to end up with an offer you do not want since it is unclear that if you do not find the fine print below the offer and check it, the product is added to your order. I ended up being billed for an item I do not want.
