The Email Promo offered " buy 3 get 2 FREE " but I was not given any items to select, will they be in my package? Not Clearly Stated

I love Chamonix products, but I tried to order online and was disappointeddomvr only one of the three products I tried to order showed as being ordered. I gave up, but tried again today and was successful. I tried yesterday to get some customer service help; no one was there to help. I ended up leaving a message which was never returned. Very frustrating.

I much prefer to order by speaking to someone on the phone. That way if there are any special offers to reduce the price of the item I am ordering will be made known to me. Unfortunately, I tried to order by phone, but each time all I got was a recorded message giving me the information for ordering on line! I was given no choice but to pay the full current price for an item that I have been using for a long time.

The ad offered a 20% discount is three items were purchased. I purchased three items and the discount of $57 was presented in the summary screen. When the screen went to the payment display, the discount vanished and a free item was presented. If the rule is the free item or the discount, I would have preferred the discount. The option was not provided. From the ad I thought I was getting the free item and the discount if I purchased 3 items that totaled over $199, which my purchase did. The price I was charged was $57 higher than it should have been.

I responded to a “ Buy two and get one free offer. I put two in my cart and purchased them. When I got the confirmation it almost showed two items and not the third. I called immediately but no agents were working on Sunday, and I have sent two messages to Customer Service. I’m waiting for resolution

I responded to an email offer buy 2 get one free but the offer was not reflected in my checkout flow nor was the buy 2 get one free mentioned in my confirmation page - fix this or lose customers!

Have been your client for this item for years and years and you always gave me a discount - NOT THIS TIME - and could not get anyone to talk to me about my order

You do not allow one time orders online, and I will be very angry again if you do not read my remarks in the mailing address. Lynda Davis
