don't like that pic of product are so small that you can't see the size you are buying

System functioned well, but went out while entering credit information. Had to re-enter all order data again.

This is my first purchase. When multiple items offer benefits for the same thing, eg eyelids, how is to know which product is the best to order?

I just received my order yesterday. Honestly I was a bit surprised at the small amount of product that my $89 purchased. I tried it for the first time this morning. So far no difference that I can see, but I'll continue and hope to see improvement within a couple of weeks or so.

It was difficult to see the coupon code on my email (small font) but live chat support helped me immediately. The ordering process was easy at that point.

Ordered this product because I heard it advertised on Sean Hannity's radio show. Used the promo code he advertises ( Hannity) but got nothing. Bad start to an experiment that's going to cost me $100.00. Sincerely E-

I appreciate a much improved online ordering process rather than rampant sales calls via phone. Thank you for making the web-based process a good experience. My only criticism is trying to decipher multiple different promotions - and matching up needs for existing product to all your various options. I don't have any ideas on how to improve, just that it would make it so much easier to do that.
