Hard to understand if the order is completed!

I had to go back and forth to ATTEMPT to learn about the products in the promotional packages. I think is would not only be helpful but is NECESSARY to give a description of the product's benefits and how to use it. I felt like I was taking a chance instead of making an INFORMED decision. The website needs more complete instructive descriptions of the products. I was basing my decision on the radio ads I hear, not on the information provided by the website.

Your site is not friendly in that I wanted to ONLY order 1 product and the site kept showing only combo packages. Perhaps you can design a bar at the top under the header that is labeled products and have the individual items, price with a cart availability. I spent an hour trying to find a way to order the item Genucel immediate effects. In addition I was looking for a "help" or customer service number to call and there is none. Very unhappy with the online ordering experience

I paid $19.95 for a 3 day delivery. I ordered the product on July 1 and I still have not received the product!!! I want a refund for $19.95. I will never order thru this site again.

I tried to summit the order at least 10 times and it kept saying I hadn't completed required areas .I had tried late last night and got no were. I have bought before and thought I had an account, but it told me you had no record of my email. I went all the way back several times before it took the order. I double checked my info a half dozen times and then started over since I kept getting the same response. Finally I hit submit and it went. I had decided if it didn't go that time I was finish and didn't need the products that bad.

I received an email that had a code for 35% off my purchase code July 18-35. I followed the direction on how to apply during check out and was charged regular price. I would like the refund on this order.
