Most of the products suggested I had previously used and didn’t do anything to improve my skin. Do I am trying a different set.

I love the products but really didn’t like the telemarketing call on Wednesday evening when our area was in the midst of a major hurricane. I was not happy to receive a call asking for additional purchase when the roof was blowing off of the building! As a company you should have your employees be aware of where the person lives. This was a national story and hard to miss. Do better please.

I received a brochure in the mail titled summer clearance event summer sale up to 55% off with a code of AUG22-45 for buying three items you get 45% off or AUG22-55 4 x 4 items and get 55% off and on the front it says promotion expires September 5, 2022 promo code AUG22-U1. When I try to use these codes upon check out it said that those codes were not valid and it also says to use the code after you add each item so that’s what I did but it still didn’t work. The website now says 25 to 35% off so I went to check out use the code went back to each individual one and use the code and then it came up at a cost of $229. I was very happy I thought well that’s even better than I originally thought. Then I received a confirmation stating that I ordered the favorite package for regular price no no no no. I ordered the favorite package plus the individual items on the brochure. The Gen90 instant treatment for under eye bags plus the genXV with a free travel size. My receipt an order confirmation omitted the Gen90 as well as the Gen XV. These items are normally very very expensive so if I’m able to get $559 Worth of items for $229 then I’m going to buy it and that’s the only reason why I did.

It said 15% off first purchase and I did not get. Said 25% off two and 35% off 3 and that didn't happen either. Then when I checked out it gave me option for 30% off for 20 min. I tried to go back in and buy something and 30% was not applied. Big disappointment

The materials I received in the mail announcing a "summer sale" were highly misleading. I read them to believe that the particular product I wanted to buy would cost ten dollars less than i had paid for it in my last order. Instead it cost $30 more! I did order it anyway, though, because I love the product. Also, because I at first couldn't figure out why there was such a price disparity when I went on line to place my order, I tried calling you and no one was available to talk to me. The excuse given in the recording was COVID 19, which is a very lame excuse at this point in the pandemic.
