I'd like to get a subscription refund. I'm assuming that you make it really difficult because I'm getting nowhere

I'm trying to cancel a subscription, but I am not sure it has been done. I had a mediocre result from the product, and I don't want any more of it.

I HAVE CALLED TWICE TO CANCEL AUTO SHIP AND THEY KEEP COMING!!!!

I am waiting for a response to my emails canceling this order before it was shipped and after. Plus the phone person, I think her name eas Christina, hung up on me after I asked her to take care of it since email wasn't working.

I had cancelled my subscriptions last month and yet they still ran my card and tried to send me a shipment.

I will not order from this outfit again. An auto was sent to me, unknown to me, for &510. I called to credit my card and return their product. They do not return your money, they give a credit for now product, so remember once they have your money, it’s no longer your money. Never again, no integrity, cant spend my money with a company like this. There are too many others out there with the same product, and same results.
