It sort of took awhile to add my account. I kept pressing to add the account info but it kept coming back to the same spot I clicked on with no change. It took a few clicks and the info format finally came through for me to add. I hope if there's a next time I place an order this doesn't occur.

It was very difficult to navigate your checkout procedure. **Update: I was contacted by customer service two days after posting my review and the representative was very happy to discuss my experience.

Love the product! Expensive though! Check out was a little confusing on the paying part when it first came up. Order was placed.

It didn't work for me..

The products I ordered weren't quite right for me, and I wanted to be sure to cancel "subscription." I called Chamonix and was immediately connected to a real person. Monica, the rep, was great. She cancelled subscription immediately, and asked if I might want to try one of the company's other products. When I replied, "no thanks," she was not aggressive or pushy. She was pleasant. So, maybe, the products weren't great (for me), but customer service was great.

Initially, the site did not show fields to enter credit card information. Only after checking the box, Change Payment, did the credit card options appear on screen.

It was Easy....the only improvement i would suggest is that when running a special that the total you will owe show before you go to the Pay toggle...some are not good with math and it may be prohibitive. And I was given a place to tell you how I heard about you....but none of the options really gave "Podcast" and a place where i could tell you I heard about you on a Podcast by Dan Bongino....I love him...make sure he gets some credit.

Website is easy to use and great looking. Promo codes supplied while I was browsing did not work. Knocked one star off the rating because of that.
