We became aware of their skin care products through a TV commercial. We called to order. Their operator wanted us to agree to automatic periodic shipments. We refused. They shipped the products despite our refusal of automatic shipments. We wanted to return the product but they claim they don't accept returns. To add insult to injury the products DON'T work as advertised

I ordered 2 different orders going to 2 different locations. Coupon was only applied to 1 location. No limit stated.

I ordered and then realized the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately called customer service. I was promised a phone call within the hour. I called 3 times on June 17th. I didn't receive a phone call until 6"00PM. It was after hours and I had left the office. If this ships to the wrong address, I will never get the product. I called again on July 18th and was told they had the correct address...I have no idea if that information is correct. If I can't resolve a problem and I get the "overflow office" that doesn't know anything, I don't want to purchase anything from this company again.

I have not received the product yet, but the ordering process leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered because of an add that I heard on the radio. It said there would be a discount for putting in the name of the show, could not find any place to receive that discount! You’re ordering process is very clumsy in today’s world of online ordering! That is your main bread and butter and it really needs a “facelift”!

NO change at all ! Don't waste your money!

No confirmation email with an order number. No confirmation email my order has shipped or when it will or how to check the status after 5 days.

You're website flickers all the time when I'm am on it. Left twice before I went back on to order. Frustrating really.
