It's been five days since i ordered one of your packages for my wife. I've gotten no delivery, or no confirmation of my order only this survey. Edit: I was contacted by a company representative (Yanl) who was very nice and professional. She checked on my order and it was delivered today. Much better now. Thank you.

Website somewhat difficult to navigate. Trying to find a particular product took some time. Would also like to have the ability to build out our own "package" or "kit" of products.

Checking out was not as seamless as it could be. Maybe the server was overwhelmed with orders because of the sale. However, I had to reload several times to add a credit card. Other than that, it went well. Thank you
