Too soon to tell, as I didn't receive until yesterday. However, the website offers of the Plant Stem Cell Therapy for bags & puffiness, and I only received one; substituted was DFW with plant stem cell technology. Not sure why substituted. In any event, will happily update my rating after I have used the products for more than one day.

I tried to use the code for a discount so I could purchase one of your products. The site said only one discount per customer but I was only using one and it didn't work, so I had to buy the buy one get one 1/2 off. I was not planning on buying 2 since I use it sparingly but the discount code would not work.

Wanted to reorder a couple of your products. I have a hunch that most of your customers are not 20 years old with 20/20 vision. Had problems figuring out what product I wanted . The print on the products required getting a magnifying glass to read the tiny print. Frankly almost gave up. but finally placed the order. Hope I got the correct products

I haven't received the product yet. But I found it a little difficult to find"eye lid" treatment as it wasn't readily available to click on but I did find it, maybe it was just me whose computer skills are limited!

I have not been happy with this company's way of doing business since my first order. I like the products but find the website annoying. I also do not appreciate that when I ask to talk with someone, it almost always seems like the company is too busy to talk with me and then I have to remember to get back later. I tried to talk with a live person on the website. I says I can, and then nobody answers. I think that if I have an agreement to for a recurring order, then I should be able to speak with someone when I have time. Thank you, Karen

The hidden agenda of recurring shipments is misleading. Please correct this so that consumers can feel they are getting a fair and honest transaction with you.
