Your services sucks your employee answering the home suck and I still don’t have my tracking number or delivery date. I called in to get answers but you have moron answers the phone and argues with customer. I’m a Attorney and just give me a reason to sue you!!! All your tv ads are BS and your operation stinks for sure.

Been using the products for over 2 weeks, NO "immediate effects" at all. In fact NO effect on the wrinkles and bags around my eyes at all. No effect on my neck and jawline. Will give it a full month and if nothing changes, will see if their refund policy actually works.

Never got the product that I ordered and paid for. Never got an email verification of the order or any tracking info. I will be challenging the order on my card.

Submitted this order on 12/4/2019. As of 12/11/2019 I've received no product or confirmation that anything has been sent. This is unacceptable and I've already alerted Chamonix to either immediately send the order or refund $151.97.

Paid additional money to have the product expressed. Has never arrived. If I ever get the product, I might review it.

You should think more than twice before dealing with this company!! This organization is beyond slow in dealing with orders - whether it's processing an order (never did), or responding to any email (never did), or returning phone calls- (never did; just told "heavy call volume; please leave a message and then nothing.) Of course they charge your card as soon as you place an order. Go find these products elsewhere!!!!
