I found it a little confusing. When I hit the place the order button, thinking there was another page, I got a message saying my CC information was missing. I finally figured out I had to hit the "change" button to have to get to the CC information to complete. I also found that the PayPal button was already filled in. I don't use PayPal, so had to start over again. In my opinion the dropdown CC/PayPal information should automatically be there without having to jump through these hoops.

You have to look at all the specials to be sure that you are getting what you want. Would be nice to have the products listed in the collections in a list so it is easy to read

ordering was easy, lets see how long it takes to receive the order received my order finally which cost me roughly $400. I ended up paying $80 for duty. Last time I order from this company

Conflicting directions. I like the products I received. The only comment I have is that on Immediate Effects jar it says to apply and wait 5 - 10 minutes to apply the plant stem cell for puffiness. The insert in the plant stem cell says to apply it first, wait a few minutes, then apply immediate effects. I purchased this group to get the eye lid lift, I have not seen results yet. but will keep using. I like the appearance of my skin and the smooth feel.

couldn't find "return to shopping " option after ordering first product.
