Slow and difficult to manuever the site.

Frustrating I found it frustrating at times because I was not able to "go back" to another page easily....had to "search" to get back. The web site should be more user friendly.

I tried to place my order via the telephone because, during a past order, I was told by the representative I spoke to that I would get a better deal financially if I spoke to a representative. I tried to place the order yesterday, but your hours are limited. I called too late. So I tried again today during business hours. After holding a few minutes someone came on the line, asking for my phone number so that a rep. could call me back. I had an appointment, so I said I'd prefer to hold. She said I couldn't be placed on hold again since she'd picked up the call. She was unable to help me. I finally just hung up and placed the order online. If it truly is an advantage to place the order via the phone, then you need to have enough staff and enough working hours to make this possible!!! I had wanted to ask some questions. If your company has outgrown the current staff, you need to hire more people or extend your working hours, or maybe both of these suggestions or others need to be implemented.

I am a long standing customer of Chamonix and formerly would order a lot of product in response to your special offers and promos. The return policy has recently changed to something less than 6 months and as a result, I only order what I am out of and do not stock up on product. I had an experience with items I had purchased within a recent 12 month period and when I opened one item, the product had a really bad odor (this product is usually odorless). When I tried to return the 4 containers which all had the same bad odor, I was unable to do so because of the "new" return policy. I have warned all the folks I recommended your product to to watch for this and not stock up on items in the event a return would be needed. This is particularly important as many of your products can be used over an extended period of time and the return policy should match the shelf life expectancy of the product.

The ordering online was easy and the product was delivered in a decent time period. However I've used for 5 days now and see zero results. They claim you see something within an hour.

As of this point, about a week into using Chamonix, I'm not impressed at all. I have pretty good skin but was really hoping the commercials were right about the "eye bags" improvement. Mine aren't so terrible, but my husband is always nagging me about getting that "instant" bag removal we see advertised every day. I thought because of the confidence I had in some of your spokespersons, this might be helpful. So far nothing. I'm not sure I'm even putting it on correctly. There are no instructions as to which comes first That would be helpful . I have these 5 products and don't know what to use when.

Ordered the products last week and still do not have any shipping information or any correspondence regarding my order beyond the initial confirmation. Most other sellers I purchase from have much better order status updates. I'm hoping the products perform better than the order administration

When placing order page would not accept email/password which I've been customer for years now & always receive emails....
