Chamonix Skin Care's Unethical Business P.

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. Chamonix Skin's automatic renewal policy is troublesome to cancel and many don't see that it's there. People like myself buy this stuff as a one time present for friends/family. **By design**, while you agree to order terms, it doesn't tell you that agreeing to this means you're subscribing to something. Many of us agree to terms and conditions all the time without reading them, thinking that it's all legalese. In this case, what you don't know can hurt you. When I asked them to send me a return shipping label, they said I had to pay for returns myself. Interestingly enough, the Web site no longer advertises "free returns". The company has no honor doing business the way that they do. Do not buy from this company. Sponsors, these people are doing you a grave disservice. Burying purchasing terms is one of the most unethical things you can do to your customers. There's no need to resort to tactics like this.
