Found it hard to find where to put credit card info. Kept telling me it was missing, but info for card did not show. Had to keep trying till I got it. Please change name to Carmen Diaz, not Roque Rangel. Thanks.

It was difficult to order the correct order.

ALL WAS GREAT EXCEPT COULDN'T REALLY GET THE PACKAGE DEAL i WANTED. SPENT MORE MONEY THAN I WANTED. IT WOULD BE NICE WHEN A SALE ALLOWS YOU TO CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS OR PUT TOGETHER PRODUCT GROUPINGS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SALE PRICE.

Easy to navigate on the web site. Product is better than other brands I have tried.

Navigating through the site was easy. prices seem very high, but I haven't tried the product yet. After I receive my order, I'll know more about the price/value ratio. Where there were two or more products for one area of the face or body, it wasn't always clear to me what the difference was between the two products. more info about that would have been helpful. more before and after photos would also help a shopper to know just what the product is targeted to do.
