The ordering was easy, but on my first order, I never received my order. I hope for a better result this time.

It said there was a 35% discount on one item automatically in check out. I had ti try 4 times. First nothing, went out and back in, then it gave a 5% discount. Went out to Try again. NO discount. Went out and tried for the 4th (and Last) time again. This time it worked!!!! To much time trying to get it to work!

Website denied purchase twice before it was accepted.

On the Billing/payment page, there was no place to enter my credit card info to pay. It was only after "by a fluke" I clicked on the "Change" type link down the page that the credit card info fields were revealed. These fields should have been exposed to start with with. I'm very internet savvy and have never seen this before. I was a few seconds away from clicking out of your site and not ordering. I have to wonder how many others had the same experience and didn't finish their order. Might be worth looking into.

I didn't receive my discount until after I placed my order ! Lost 15% !!!!

I thought I was getting 45% off and had another 10% coupon. I clicked the 10% and lost the 45% and was checked out. I have used the products before and they are wonderful. Just felt dubbed on checkout.

Website was awful. Hard to navigate. Wouldn’t let me add coupon code. Annoying!

It was user friendly. I wish there had been an easy way to access a discount for a new customer.
