My experience was very disappointing. I was having problems with the payment aspect. I reached out and finally received a message that they are closed over the weekend and someone would reach out to me. No one ever did. I ordered because of radio personalities recommendations and I'm hoping I like the product better than the customer service.

I tried calling to discuss my order but goa a message no agents available to handle calls, and could I send email - which would be answered in 2 business days. I included note with my order & discussed my issue that online showed a special going on of order 2 get 2 itens,, plus orders over $175 got a $25 discount. My 2 item order showed the $25 discount, but did not show the 2 free items or if there was some way I was supposed to "order" the free items....if I selected something it charged me for it. No one has responded to my inquiry on this & this is a week later. I did get my package with the 2 items in it - but no 2 "free items" that the online offer mentioned

Placed my order a week ago, paid extra $20 for 2-3 days shipping, hoped I’d get it by Mother’s Day... Nope. Checked order status on Saturday, which indicated my order is still being processed. I’m going to start calling customer service...

I tried to place my order on your 800 phone number listed. Twice I waited and Chamonix HUNG up AFTER promising that "someone will be right with you." What a lie and poor service. The second call lasted over 15 minutes before Chamonix HUNG UP and I received the busy signal. Rude and extremely poor service. THEN I went online to the Chat Room and the SAME THING happened. Jasmine took forever to respond and then I realized I was getting rudely treated AGAIN. The Automatic Responder kept clicking..."be right with you" which again was a total LIE. What I wanted to know is I was not assured that I would receive two free products I wanted to order during the Mother's Day special. My cart said only 2...and nothing mentioned about the 2 free ones. How was I to know this offer was valid? Sad that Chamonix has poor and rude service especially during the already stressful time we are living in. No compassion?

I went to the site and clicked on the mothers day special. Buy two get two and all orders over a certain amount would get $25 dollars off.... When I checked out THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED........ I tried calling them and was put on hold forever only to be told that some one would call me back. That never happened...... If it's not corrected than my order will be canceled. One thing I can't stand these day is web sites that say one thing but make you jump through hoops to get what you were promised.

I received some one else’s order and have been trying to return it but are unable to print label clear enough to mail. I asked to get the return slip sent to me by mail but I guess they can t . So I am out of luck returning this persons order back .I tried! After hearing Hannity on radio raving about this co the products might be good but service is terrible.

My mother tried to make this order first, your customer service failed her. I called today and waited on hold to take to a message center that informed me that they could not place the order and sent be to the website. I then had to create an entire account just to place the one order. the website is not intuitive and the call center is just sad. I would never recommend you to any friends or colleagues. this was an incredibly disappointing experience that I hope to avoid in the future. Robert

I only bought because it was 60 percent off. I will attempt to cancel my order. It was 40 percent over the weekend. Now you want full price with a bait and switch. You have lost me as a customer.
