Site was not reflecting current sale, was not able to edit my shopping cart at all. Had to send email to company for support. Was only able to place correct order THD next day. Sale offer was Buy 2 at 35%off and get one free, after I put 3 separate items in my cart instead of make one free it double one of my item and I was not able to correct it.

After I view "My Cart," I'd like an easy button to "keep shopping."

No difference from any other product I've used.

Some snags in trying to place an order online. Should be easier to order. Otherwise, great products.

I had heard of your product on the radio show of Sean Hannity. I could not remember a promotional code so I was not able to get that discount. Other than that, everything was fine.

I love the product but you cannot order online if you are a club member the online process was painful and double the price. I do appreciate a phone call I got almost 24 hours later to remedy the situation but the initial experience was off-putting.

Ordering on line is not always easy to understand when trying to apply discounts. Confusing especially when ordering a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off. Only shows as 1 item in cart with no explanation that there are really 2 of the same product in cart.

I would like to give 5 stars because the product is wonderful! But customer service is pathetic. It's great when you order, but try to cancel an autoship? Or make changes to it? I've played telephone tag for a couple of weeks now. Customer Service is always too busy to take the call, so someone takes your number and supposedly passes it through to whomever and they will, again supposedly, call you back. One time they did call me back, but I was at work and unable to take the call. I've been trying again all day today and they will soon be closing for the day and yet no one has contacted me yet... My autoship is to go out today and I've been trying for 2 weeks to change it. If it ships, I'm going to be really upset!!
