Promised delivery

I tried to order via the phone and was placed on hold twice over 12 minutes and no one ever did answer the the damn phone.

Paid for it, never received. Update, they finally reshaped my order.

Buying via the iPhone was a nightmare. It took almost an hour. I like the products but web site needs some help

I picked out the items I wanted and checked out when the final bill showed it was doubled. I don’t want a double order so now I have to call to straighten the order out. It’s very user unfriendly. Not happy! Too bad because I like the product.

It took me almost an hour to place this order; you rejected every card I had and I had to go through my PayPal and reset my password for my PayPal just to place a damn order... these are credit cards with thousands of dollars of room on them!... you've got to get it together with your website; most people will not have patience for this.
